Registration Procedure

Here is how you can register as student in Balmoral Academy online

  • Submit the registration form accurately and thoroughly
  • You will receive a message from our staff via WhatsApp regarding the validation of your registration
  • Wait for the confirmation from Balmoral's staff regarding the validation of your registration
  • If the registration is accepted, you will receive a message from our staff regarding the next step of payment
  • Make the payment according to the instruction from our staff and upload the payment receipt
  • Wait for the confirmation from Balmoral's staff regarding the payment
  • You will receive a confirmation message from our staff regarding the status of your registration
  • Registration is successfully completed

Registration Contract

Please read this registration contract carefully.

To secure a seat in the class, parents need to make an initial payment for the development fee, registration fee, uniform, and the first month's tuition fee.

Payment: For subsequent months, the tuition fee is to be paid no later than the 5th of each month via the school's bank account.

Cancellation/Transfer: If parents wish to transfer their child to another school, a transfer request letter must be submitted directly to the Principal at least 6 weeks before the start of the new academic year.

Refund: Paid fees are non-refundable.
